Hello!
We're Bryony & Gemma, partners in business and in life, and the proud creators of Cloud Nine Kitchen. After meeting in the Lake District we bonded over a shared love of food and adventure. The idea for Cloud Nine Kitchen was born whilst we were working as Chef and Host in the French Alps, dreaming of sharing our passion for food back home in the Lakes. We bought our converted ambulance, Florence (as in, Nightingale) in June 2024 and served our first customer 2 days later!

Our menus are a reflection of our love for top quality produce and bold flavours from around the World. Most famous for our tacos & nachos, where you'll find us using flavour combinations from East to West, not just Mexican. We also love to create exclusive menus to suit each event, featuring smash burgers, buddha bowls, banh mi and curries. Or have us as the soul caterer for your small event, Let us take care of breakfast, lunch and dinner for you!
Our Chef
Our Executive Chef, Gem, has over 17 years of experience in the culinary industry. She has covered all roles in restaurants up to head chef and general management levels, private dining, events and alpine chalet experience and even started a sushi delivery service during lockdown. Her passion for food is evident in every dish she creates, focusing on maximum flavour, contrasting colours and textures and has a keen interest and vast knowledge of nutrition.
